Dorian
I'm a Mental Health Counselor – Limited Permit in Buffalo, NY, working with individuals, couples, and groups navigating trauma, life direction, children with ADHD, mentoring teens, and teen or adult relationship challenges. My work is shaped by my strengths of educating and creative approaches. I look forward to a new lesson and experiment every session.

How I work
Therapeutic approach
I use an integrative approach that combines therapeutic modalities and psychoeducation — drawing on mindfulness, yoga, and behavioral analysis. My work focuses on helping clients develop self-awareness, understand their thought patterns, and build practical skills to manage emotions and navigate challenges. I take a collaborative, insight-oriented, and skill-building approach, meeting you where you are while also encouraging growth and accountability. Our sessions will include reflection, real-life application, and tools you can use outside of therapy to create meaningful and lasting change.
