About
Monique
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Buffalo, NY. With over 36 years of experience in social work, I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate life's most difficult seasons with compassion, dignity, and practical support. I believe that healing begins in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting youth involved in school systems and juvenile justice settings, as well as in trauma and crisis intervention. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs.
